Harley Quinn is for the Gays

Neverending pandemics. War. Famine. Drought. There is one good thing in the world and that is Harley Quinn available on HBO Max. Harleen Frances Quinzel burst into our lives back in the early 90's on the critically acclaimed Batman: The Animated Series.

Harley's own story along with the fantastic cast of characters on the HBO Max series, make this a much watch queer fantasy. Every episode it seems a new character is revealed to be queer. Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, The Riddler, Clayface, & Clock King (Not to be confused with Cock King) are some of the incredible characters you'll meet.

Follow us along to learn more about this incredible show and how you can catch it!

Who is Harley Quinn?

Well if you've lived under a rock, you might not know. Margot Robbie has played her on the big screen in both Suicide Squads, and the Birds of Prey movie. Harley came into our lives initially on Batman: The Animated Series. She was the Joker's girlfriend. Their relationship demonstrated that even the Joker could have a romantic relationship, even if it was abusive in his own unique Joker way. Along the journey on the series, Harley became friends with Poison Ivy and a dream team was born.

Harley Quinn Series

DC comics - you might know them as the creative powerhouse of Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, and more of your favorite superheroes - created the Harley Quinn series back in 2019.  Harley Quinn stars Kaley Cuoco as Harley, Lake Bell as Poison Ivy, Alan Tudyk as Clayface, Ron Funches as King Shark, and Matt Oberg as Kite Man.

The series has classic comic book storylines with a modern adult twist. And it is one of the few shows that is so for the gays.

Where to watch?

All episodes are available on HBO Max. You'll want to watch them all so block off time to binge!

Before you snuggle in for a great date night, don't forget to snatch up some Beard care and smell/feel your absolute best.

Harley Quinn for Pride Grand Marshall

As the show has progressed, so has the number of LGBTQ characters & hilarity along the way. Season Three features Poison Ivy & Harley finally getting together. Clayface morphs into various characters (mostly sorority girls & divorcees), and the Riddler has a relationship with Clock King.

If you love LGBTQ humor with class comic book storylines - check out Harley Quinn!

The Bottom Line

If you're like me, you are craving for more quality queer content. We've had to rely on a handful of hits on repeat. Check out Harley Quinn and support queer content as much as you can. The more we support each other in our community the more quality work can be done.

Don't forget while you're supporting great content, that you support our amazing small business! My new favorites is our Face Care line - all a must have!
