Shipping Policy
Our priority is to get your order to you as fast as possible. You the customer are our everything and without you we couldn't do what we do. There are a few rules we have to follow though.
Our Shipping Policy at Wicked Fox includes:
- Free Shipping is available for USA Domestic Orders who purchase a minimum of $40 of products (after discounts applied). Free shipping for international orders is after $100 (USD).
- International shipping is only available to certain countries (Canada, Mexico, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand). If you'd like shipping to be more accessible in your country, contact your local authorities and encourage a trade deal with America. Nothing we can do.
- Expeditated shipping is available at checkout.
- Our goal is to get orders processed within one business day. Sometimes orders may be delayed due to high volume of orders. But know we are working on yours as quickly as possible.
- For international orders, we are not responsible for customs fees. You may be charged a customs fee when placing an international order. For questions about customs fees, please contact your local mail service.
- Check your email, texts, and spam filters for any messages regarding your order. You will receive notifications when it is shipped, out for delivery, and when it has been delivered. Keep an eye out for those messages.
- Wicked Fox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. After we give your big package to the Post Office, our work is done. You will receive the tracking details and if your package is not delivered we encourage you to reach out to your local post office. Sometimes packages are still there for random reasons. We have had many customers find their package by simply checking their mailbox, talking to their building manager if they live in an apartment, or calling their local post office.
- You the customer are responsible for inputting an accurate address when completing your order. If you put the wrong address in, that is on you. We are happy to ship another order out but will charge a $25 reshipping fee to resend your order for this issue.
- You the customer are responsible to check your damn mailbox. If your mailbox is overflowing or the Post Office has put a stop on your mail because you don't check your mailbox - chances are your package won't arrive. You're an adult. Check your mail. If we have to resend due to this issue, we will charge a $25 reshipping fee.
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you ship an item back we throw it away. This is for the health, safety, and wellbeing of everyone involved.
