Skincare Products
Due to the nature of our products; no returns are accepted for health & safety reasons. As I am sure you can understand, products that you can use on your most sensitive areas is something we don't want returned to us. 

Apparel
If you are looking to return apparel, we are happy to do returns for non-worn apparel items. Please email us at darby@getwickedfox.com. Returns are not accepted for worn undies - that's just common sense. 

General Refunds
We want all our customers to be satisfied so please contact us within 30 days after receiving your item. You can email me at darby@getwickedfox.com. I don't always check DMs on social media or can see comments necessarily so always best to shoot an email. Wicked Fox is a one person small business so I will get back to you as soon as I can. 

We encourage you to read our descriptions of products thoroughly to understand the scent, directions of using a product, ingredients in a product, and any other information that is relevant to making a purchase. You can send us a message if you have questions on directions of a product to get the best experience possible. 

We are a very small business that produces all our products by hand. Please allow us time to get to your email as your business is important to us. 

If you need a refund for your purchase, please contact us with the Order Number and any issues you experienced.

  • We are unable to process refunds for lost or stolen packages (if it says delivered on your tracking number, that is your responsibility). If the tracking number does not say delivered, let us know and can look into the problem. 
  • We do not provide refunds for shipping to an incorrect address. Putting the correct address when you checkout is on you. We don't ship to anywhere else. All on you, boo.
  • We do not provide refunds for packages sent back to us because you don't check your mailbox. Yes, this happens a lot. Check your mailbox. If you'd still like your items we will do a $25 reshipping fee. 
  • Many shipping challenges can be resolved by you visiting your local post office. Sometimes your package may be waiting for you there. 

There are no refunds for disliking a scent, flavor, or feel of a product. Read the product pages thoroughly before making a purchase. 

If approved for a refund, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
