How fast is the shipping?
Typically, items ordered by 4:00PM PST Monday-Saturday will be shipped that day. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your item is on its way. Due to issues in the supply chain & seasonality, we are working hard to ship your order the same day. Sometimes there is a delay in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control. We are working day and night to fulfil all orders.  Check our Shipping Policy page for questions regarding shipping. 

How can I request a refund?
Reach out to us at darby@getwickedfox.com along with your order number and what the problem is. Please review our Returns & Refund policy page. We do not accept returns for health & safety reasons due to the nature of the product. We want you to be a happy customer to let us know what the problem is! 

How will this be shipped? 
In a discrete box or bag. There is no lettering or coloring on the box to give a more discrete experience. 

Who are you and what are you doing making these fabulous products?
We are a queer-owned small business. I strive in making high quality products that embrace who we are as queer people - magical creatures that only deserve the best. From skincare to candles, screenprinted apparel to handfans - and more to come we are excited to offer you these goodies! 

Are your products vegan friendly?
The only animal product we use is beeswax in our skincare. Our candles are 100% soy. Body butters, sweet holes, & body scrub utilize beeswax. 

What is your non-discrimination policy? 
Wicked Fox does not discriminate based on age, race, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, HIV-status, veteran-status, mental or physical disability or ability, religion, national origin, sex, political party preference, or physical attributes. Every person deserves to be fabulous. 

Do you offer discount codes? 
Yes! Specials and other deals are available. Sign up at the pop ups on this website or drop us a line at darby@getwickedfox.com and we will get you signed up. You can also follow any of our social platforms where we offer special deals. 

 I'm so confused. I bought something and I don't understand how to use it! 
It's okay. Breathe. If you got a fabulous skincare or bath product - the key is to not glob it on. Don't use a ton of it. A little will do the job. Use it daily or if you're using a Booty Mask try those for just once a week.
