Made an Order - Never Received Confirmation but was charged and no response from Vender

Sadly, I made an order, was charged, and never received confirmation email. I have tried to reach out for over a week to make sure that it was received, processed, and delivered but it seems that they don’t care and won’t respond. I’ve sent a refund request thru my CC company and alerted BBB about this.
