How fast is the shipping?
Typically, items ordered by 4:00PM PST Monday-Saturday will be shipped that day. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your item is on its way. Due to issues in the supply chain & seasonality, we are working hard to ship your order the same day. Sometimes there is a delay in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control. We are working day and night to fulfil all orders.
How can I request a refund?
Reach out to us at sales@getwickedfox.com along with your order number and what the problem is. Please review our Returns & Refund policy page. We do not accept returns for health & safety reasons due to the nature of the product & COVID pandemic. We want you to be a happy customer to let us know what the problem is!
How will this be shipped?
Discrete packaging is available. You can check for discrete packaging at check out.
Who are you and what are you doing making skincare for men?
We are an LGBTQ owned small business. After spending years working on formulations and finding the best ingredients for your skin - we are excited to have launched Wicked Fox. We strive for continued improvement and would love to hear from you by emailing sales@getwickedfox.com.
Are your products vegan friendly?
Products that are vegan friendly will be labeled on the store page. No animal testing is done. Beeswax and honey are used in some products. The beeswax and honey used in any products is organic and we strive for purchasing these ingredients from local sustainable sources. We want to do what we can to support bees.
