Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products & the COVID pandemic; no returns are accepted for health & safety reasons.
We want all our customers to be satisfied so please contact us within 30 days after receiving your item. You can email us at email@example.com or send us a DM on any of our social media platforms @getwickedfox. We will let you know if a refund is approved or not. We are unable to process refunds for discounted products, ordering too many products (check your order page before pressing purchase!), or products you have used. We encourage you to read our descriptions of products thoroughly to understand the scent, directions of using a product, ingredients in a product, and any other information that is relevant to making a purchase. You can send us a message if you have questions on directions of a product to get the best experience possible.
We are a very small business that produces all our products by hand. Please allow us time to get to your email as your business is important to us.
If approved for a refund, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
